Ai KinTec Ltd. is a subsidiary company founded by the Kinkela family, with active involvement of CEO Mihailo Kinkela and Chief Business Developer Dragan Kinkela, the son and the father.

The company was established with the aim to help its clients grow stronger and more profitable businesses and enable them to constantly develop through employment of the latest technologies.

Mihailo Kinkela (1999), born and raised in Switzerland, is a high school graduate and is very socially active. Among other things, he has served as President of the Swiss School Organization and at the WEF in Davos. He is also very committed to the development and introduction of digitalization. His contacts with Nobel Prize laureates related to Social Projects and Digitalization Projects at Swiss Student Organizations, helped him find the path he now wants to follow. He had high influence on the digitalization process of the Students Agenda, which is currently transitioning from paper to digital, being available to all Swiss students. He has exceptional understanding of the clients’ needs and speaks Serbian, German, English, French and Russian. He will enroll in School for Business Informatics and International Law.

Dragan Kinkela (1970) has spent 24 fruitful years in the IT world, where he successfully led many projects and teams across Europe.

Experienced in working for major Conservatories, such as Credit Suisse or government institutions, such as the Swiss Ministry of Informatics, the Swiss Railways and other companies or larger companies in Europe, he is also a member of the ASQF organization in German Frankfurt, aiming to organize and standardize Test Data Management. He stands out as one of only 20 experts in the German speaking area of Europe who can uniquely solve your GDPR problems. Loyalty and absolute professional devotion to the development and inspiration of his clients in the digital market is his strong point.

Process automation and digitalization, as well as the industry 4.0, are recognized as future drivers of success.

For the last 20 years, he has successfully led projects and organized near-sourcing Teams to the full satisfaction of his clients. In Serbia alone, he created and organized over 400 Near-sourcing job openings.
